Seules les annulations par courriel à ccac@ccac.ca seront acceptées. En cas d’annulation avant minuit HAE le 25 octobre 2022, le remboursement est assujetti à des frais administratifs de 10 $.
Il n’y aura aucun remboursement après cette date.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to ccac@ccac.ca. In the event of a cancellation before midnight EDT on October 25, 2022, refunds will be subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.

The virtual panel discussion will be recorded. By registering, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the CCAC may use photograph and/or video images, for any publication or media purposes and for future educational and promotional activities/materials.

En tant que participant au groupe de discussion du CCPA, à titre de participant, de conférencier, de membre du personnel ou autre, vous consentez à respecter le présent code de conduite et ses modalités. À cet effet, le CCPA se réserve le droit de prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires. Les contrevenants aux règles pourraient, selon la gravité du comportement inacceptable, être expulsés de l’événement sans avertissement ni remboursement et être bannis des événements futurs, en personne ou en ligne.
Nous voulons offrir un environnement exempt de harcèlement à l’égard du sexe, de l’orientation sexuelle, de l’identité ou de l’expression sexuelle, de l’âge, d’un handicap, de l’apparence physique, de la taille, de la race, de l’origine ethnique, de la religion ou de l’absence de croyance religieuse, ou encore des choix technologiques. Aucune forme de harcèlement ne sera tolérée pendant l’événement; les images ou les propos irrespectueux ou discriminatoires sont inappropriés. Les participants qui enfreignent ces règles peuvent être sanctionnés ou expulsés de l’événement sans remboursement, à la discrétion des organisateurs.

The Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC) is committed to providing a professional, friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants at this event. As a participant of this panel discussion — an attendee, speaker, staff, or in any other way — you agree to personal conduct that aligns with this commitment. The CCAC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behaviour, and CCAC reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in-person.
This panel discussion is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are also prohibited. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the panel discussion without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
